Two ways to borrow

A $1,000–$2,000 CC Connect installment loan, or a CC Flow line of credit from $300–$1,500 that grows up to $5,000.

Built around your paycheck

Installment loans are repaid through a split payroll direct deposit, so steady work counts more than a perfect score.

Fast

Line of credit advances in as fast as one hour to a debit card; installment loans typically within 24 hours.

Honest about cost

Installment APRs typically run 175%–225%; the line of credit charges a fixed fee per billing cycle. See rates and fees.

Available in 22 states

Not in California, New York, Illinois or Pennsylvania. See the full state list.

Issued by a real bank

Every loan is made by Quill Bank (Utah-chartered, Member FDIC) and serviced by Lendly, LLC.

Two Lendly loan products, built around one idea: your paycheck.

Lendly keeps it simple. One product is a fixed loan you pay down in equal bites; the other is a reusable credit line. Both are issued by Quill Bank, serviced by Lendly, and designed for working people whose credit score doesn't tell the whole story.

Which Lendly loan is right for you?

Both products are built for the same person: someone with a paycheck and a problem that can't wait. The right pick depends on what the money is for and how you like to pay things back.

Installment loan

Choose CC Connect if…

  • You have one clear expense between $1,000 and $2,000, like a transmission, a deposit or a medical bill.
  • You want a fixed payment and a fixed end date, with nothing to manage.
  • You're paid through employer direct deposit and you're comfortable routing part of it to the loan.
  • You'd rather not have open credit sitting around.
  • You want a full year of on-time payment history working for you.
Line of credit

Choose CC Flow if…

  • You need less than $1,000 right now, or you're not sure exactly how much you'll need.
  • You need money today; debit card funding lands in about an hour.
  • Your expenses come in waves and you want credit that refills as you repay.
  • Your employer doesn't support split direct deposits.
  • You can pay balances down quickly and avoid carrying them across many cycles.
Rule of thumb.

If you can pay it back within one or two pay periods, CC Flow is usually cheaper. If you need a full year, CC Connect's fixed schedule keeps the cost predictable.

The honest pros and cons.

Lendly is a great tool for some situations and the wrong tool for others. Here's the unvarnished version, so you can decide with your eyes open.

Why people say yes

Eight things Lendly gets right.

The reasons customers come back, in their own words and ours.

  • Approves people with poor or thin credit by weighing employment and income first
  • Money in as fast as one hour (CC Flow) or 24 hours (CC Connect)
  • Payments happen automatically, so there's nothing to forget and no late fees to trigger
  • No prepayment penalty on either product; pay early, pay less
  • Refinance to a larger amount after 90 days of good history
  • On-time payments can help build a positive payment record
  • Loans issued by an FDIC-member bank with federal disclosure rules
  • Prequalify with zero impact to your credit score
What to weigh first

Seven things to think through.

None of these are hidden. All of them matter.

  • 01APRs in the 175%–225% range are far above the 36% ceiling consumer advocates recommend
  • 02Payroll direct deposit is required for CC Connect; part of every paycheck goes to the loan
  • 03Maximum $2,000 at origination, which won't cover larger needs
  • 04Available in only 22 states
  • 05CC Flow fees repeat every cycle you carry a balance, so slow repayment gets expensive
  • 06Some customers report confusion about statement dates and payoff calculations
  • 07Lendly isn't BBB accredited, though it holds a 4.7–4.8 Trustpilot rating
Our take.

Worth it when the alternative is a bounced rent check, a repossession or a 400% payday loan. Not worth it as a long-term borrowing habit. Borrow the smallest amount that solves the problem, and pay it off as fast as you can. Read the full review.

CC Connect installment loan: the full terms.

Everything in the loan agreement, explained in plain English. Amounts, schedule, how interest accrues, payroll setup, eligibility and early payoff.

How CC Connect works

Your employer splits your direct deposit. A slice equal to your scheduled payment goes to the loan on every payday, and everything else lands in your bank account as usual. No logging in, no reminders, no bounced payments. That's why Lendly can say yes to people traditional lenders turn down: when repayment rides on your paycheck instead of your promise, your job history matters more than your credit history.

Term and payment schedule

Payments are due every two weeks on payday. Most loans run 26 payments, though terms range from 20 to 52. Your first payment lands on the first payday at least 10 days after funding, and your agreement includes a full schedule with every date and amount. If your employer's payroll runs early, the payment simply posts early.

APR and how interest accrues

Simple interest accrues every day on whatever principal is still outstanding, on a 365-day year. Typical disclosures cluster around 199% for payroll-repaid loans and up to about 225% when payroll repayment isn't in place, with some third-party reviews reporting closer to 175%. Because interest is front-loaded, early payments are mostly interest and later payments mostly principal.

$2,000$179.45$2,666$4,666

26 bi-weekly payments at 199% APR, no early payoff. Pay off in 13 payments and you'd cut the interest roughly in half.

Payroll direct deposit, step by step

During the application you securely connect your employer's payroll through Pinwheel or Argyle. Lendly then asks your employer's system to send a fixed amount to the loan each payday, and you confirm the setup with a screenshot before funds are released. You stay in control: the deposit can be adjusted or cancelled through your employer at any time, though you remain responsible for the balance. Payroll direct deposit, explained.

If your employer can't split deposits

Most payroll systems support multiple direct deposit accounts, but not all do, and some employers pay by paper check. In those cases you may be offered a non-payroll option via bank debit, which generally carries a higher APR. Gig workers, freelancers and the self-employed usually don't qualify for CC Connect because there's no employer payroll to link.

Who qualifies

Steady W-2 employment with a regular paycheck, an active checking account (Lendly can help you open one if you don't have one), residence in one of the 22 eligible states, a Social Security number and age 18+. A credit check is run, but a subprime score won't automatically disqualify you.

One loan at a time, refinance after 90 days

You can hold only one CC Connect loan at a time. After about 90 days of on-time payments you may be eligible to refinance: the new loan pays off the old balance and can bump you to a higher tier. Interest is charged only on the new balance going forward. How refinancing works.

Florida borrowers

Florida requires a Documentary Stamp Tax on promissory notes of 35 cents per $100 borrowed or portion thereof, $3.85 on a $1,000 loan, added to your loan amount at funding. It's a state tax, not a Lendly fee, and isn't included in the advertised APR.

Pay it off early and save

There's no prepayment penalty, and because interest accrues daily, every extra dollar shortens the loan and cuts total cost. Request a payoff quote through your Lendly portal before sending a lump sum so you know the exact balance including that day's interest. Paying off early, step by step.

CC Flow line of credit: full terms and fee schedule.

How limits grow, how advances work, what each billing cycle costs, and the official fee bands from $0 to $5,000.

Credit limits and increases

The highest limit at opening is $1,500, and most first-time customers are approved for less. Lendly reviews open accounts on a recurring basis, and customers who draw responsibly and pay on time can be offered increases, with published pricing extending up to a $5,000 balance. You'll get an email when your line grows.

Taking a cash advance

Your first advance must be at least $25. After that you can pull as little as $1 whenever you have available credit, straight from the customer portal. Advances sent to a debit card arrive in about an hour; standard bank transfers take one business day.

How the fee schedule works

Each billing cycle you're charged a flat fee that depends on which $25 band your balance falls into. Carry $0–$25 and you pay nothing. Carry $1,000 and you pay $93 bi-weekly or $200 monthly. The fee is the same whether you carry the balance for one day or the whole cycle, so paying down before the cycle closes is the single best way to keep costs low.

What "no interest" really means

A fee-based product is not automatically a cheap one. A $200 monthly fee on a $1,000 balance is about 20% of the balance every month, comparable to the triple-digit APRs on the installment loan. The structure is transparent and predictable, which many customers prefer, but treat CC Flow as short-term bridge money, not a balance to carry for months.

Billing cycles and minimum payments

Your cycle is set to match how you're paid, bi-weekly or monthly. Each statement shows your balance, the cycle fee and a minimum payment that includes the fee plus a portion of principal. Paying only the minimum keeps the account open but resets the fee every cycle. Paying the full balance stops the fees entirely.

Credit check and approval

A credit check is part of the CC Flow application, but it's one input among several. Your application is verified through Lendly's digital partners so decisions come back in minutes, and you can preview a prequalified offer first with no impact to your score.

How repayment works, and why it changes your rate.

Repayment method isn't a footnote with Lendly; it's the heart of the product and one of the biggest levers on what you'll pay.

Default for CC Connect

Payroll direct deposit

Your employer sends the payment straight from your paycheck. Works with most payroll platforms, including ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Workday and Paylocity. Generally the lowest-priced way to hold a CC Connect loan, and you're never late as long as you're getting paid.

Fallback option

Bank debit (non-payroll)

If payroll deduction isn't possible, payments are pulled from your checking account by ACH on each due date. More flexible, but because it carries more risk for the lender it usually comes with a higher APR, often the upper end of the disclosed range.

CC Flow

Debit card funding and repayment

Line of credit advances are pushed to your debit card in about an hour, and payments are scheduled to match your pay cycle. Make extra payments any time from the portal to close a cycle with a lower balance and a lower fee.

Changed jobs or lost your job? Payroll deductions stop when your paycheck does, but the balance doesn't. Reach out before you miss a payment; you can usually be moved to bank debit and, in many cases, have your schedule adjusted. See how to change or cancel a payroll deposit and how to reach Lendly. Who is Lendly, and who's behind the loans?

Lendly was founded in Dayton, Ohio in 2019 on a simple idea: people with steady jobs deserve a fair shot at credit, even if their score says otherwise. Instead of judging you on a three-digit number, Lendly looks at what actually matters, whether you're working and getting paid.

Lendly operates under a bank-partnership model. The loans themselves are made by Quill Bank, a Utah-chartered, FDIC-member bank headquartered in Provo, Utah. Quill Bank owns the underwriting, approval decisions and regulatory compliance. Lendly, LLC, a servicer registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), is the authorized servicer, which means Lendly runs the application, funds your account, answers your calls and manages your payments day to day.

Two divisions of Quill Bank issue the products on this page: CC Connect issues the installment loan and CC Flow issues the line of credit. In a handful of states, loans may instead be originated by First Star Credit, LLC. More about this site.

What changed in 2026

In June 2026, Capital Community Bank (CCBank), Lendly's long-time bank partner, rebranded its fintech division as Quill Bank. The charter, FDIC certificate and regulatory structure stayed the same; only the name changed. If your older paperwork or credit report says "CCBank" or "Capital Community Bank," it's the same institution.

Why a Utah bank matters to you

Utah doesn't cap interest rates for banks chartered there, which is how Lendly can offer the same product in Texas, Florida and Ohio alike. It also explains why the loans aren't available in states with strict rate caps. Your protections come from federal law, including the Truth in Lending Act, which is why every APR and fee is disclosed before you sign.

Frequently asked questions about Lendly loans.

The eight questions people ask most before they apply, answered in plain English.

What loan products does Lendly offer?

Two, both issued by Quill Bank: the CC Connect installment loan ($1,000, $1,500 or $2,000, repaid in fixed bi-weekly payments from your paycheck) and the CC Flow line of credit ($300 to $1,500 at opening, with increases up to $5,000) that you can draw from repeatedly.

How much can I borrow?

CC Connect comes in three amounts: $1,000, $1,500 and $2,000. The CC Flow line of credit opens at $300 to $1,500 and can grow to $5,000 after periodic account reviews. Your income per paycheck is the main driver of which amount you're offered.

What is the APR on a Lendly loan?

APR varies by state and approval. Lendly's application disclosures show typical APRs of roughly 175% to 225% for CC Connect, with payroll-repaid loans priced lower than non-payroll loans. CC Flow charges a fixed fee per billing cycle instead of interest; on a $1,000 balance the monthly fee is $200, comparable to a triple-digit APR. Use the calculator above before you commit.

Do I have to repay through payroll direct deposit?

Yes, for the CC Connect installment loan. A portion of each paycheck equal to your scheduled payment is routed directly to the loan through your employer's direct deposit, and the rest of your pay goes to your bank account as usual. You can adjust or cancel the deposit through your employer, but you remain responsible for the balance.

How fast can I get the money?

CC Flow advances can be funded in as fast as one hour to a debit card. CC Connect loans are typically funded within 24 hours after your payroll direct deposit is verified and your documents are signed. Weekend and holiday applications fund the next business day.

What credit score do I need?

There's no published minimum. Lendly runs a credit check but says decisions aren't based on your score alone; steady employment and income carry significant weight, so a low or subprime score doesn't automatically disqualify you.

Which states is Lendly available in?

Twenty-two states: Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Not California, New York, Illinois or Pennsylvania.

Does checking my offer affect my credit score?

No. You can view a prequalified offer with no impact to your credit score. A full credit check happens only when you submit a complete application.
