The straight-talking guide to Lendly loans.
We built lendlyloanusa.com for one reader: someone with a steady paycheck, imperfect credit and a bill that can't wait, who wants to know exactly what a Lendly loan costs before tapping "apply". Every number here comes from Lendly's own published terms, and we say so when the answer is "don't".
Three things you can count on here.
Real numbers, not ranges in footnotes
APRs, fee bands, payment examples and payoff math are taken from Lendly's Rates and Terms and shown in full. Our calculator uses the same figures.
The downsides, up front
A 175%–225% APR is expensive. We say when a credit union, an employer program or a payment plan beats Lendly, and we publish the complaints alongside the praise.
Kept current
Product terms are re-checked against Lendly's documents and state list at least monthly, and whenever the bank partner or fee schedule changes. Pages carry the date of their last check.
Who's behind the loans.
lendlyloanusa.com is not a lender. Every loan described here is made and serviced by the two companies below, whose published terms are the source for this site.
Quill Bank
A Utah-chartered, FDIC-member bank headquartered in Provo, Utah. Until June 2026 it operated as Capital Community Bank (CCBank); the charter, FDIC certificate and regulatory structure didn't change with the name. Quill Bank owns the underwriting and makes every CC Connect loan and CC Flow line.
Lendly, LLC
Founded in Dayton, Ohio in 2019 and registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Lendly runs the application, sets up payroll repayment, funds your account, answers your calls and manages payments day to day. In a handful of states, loans may instead be originated by First Star Credit, LLC.

How a page gets made.
- 1Start from Lendly's own documents: the Rates and Terms schedule, product pages, state list and account FAQs.
- 2Cross-check against independent sources: regulator filings, bank announcements, Trustpilot, BBB and WalletHub.
- 3Where sources disagree, show the range and say where each figure comes from rather than picking the flattering one.
- 4Turn the facts into tools you can use: calculators, quick checks, fee ladders and side-by-side comparisons.
- 5Date every check, and fix anything a reader flags at [email protected].
