Reaching Lendly support, and fixing the usual problems first.
Most questions borrowers bring to Lendly's support team have a standard answer. This page gives you those answers up front, then shows you the fastest way to reach a person when you actually need one.
- Lendly's support channels, hours and phone line are listed in your online account and on lendly.com; that's the only place to get account-specific help.
- Before you call, know what you're asking: payoff quote, statement date, payroll change or hardship each have a different fix.
- Have your loan number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your employer's name ready.
- lendlyloanusa.com is not Lendly and can't see your account; we can only point you to the right place.
Where to get help with your account.
Lendly services CC Connect loans and CC Flow lines of credit for Quill Bank, so every account question goes to Lendly, not the bank. You'll find the current phone line, email and hours in three places: inside your online account, on the contact page at lendly.com, and printed on your loan agreement. Use those rather than a number you find elsewhere; they're the only channels that can verify you.
- Online account: balances, payment history, payoff quotes, extra payments and secure messages, available any time.
- Phone: best for anything time-sensitive, such as stopping a payment or a hardship request. Hours are business hours in Eastern time; check the site for the current schedule.
- Email: good for document requests and anything you want in writing.
The five questions support hears most, answered.
1. "I paid my CC Flow balance in full but got charged another fee."
CC Flow's fee is set by your balance at the moment the billing cycle closes, not on the payment due date. If you paid a few days after the cycle closed, the fee for that cycle was already fixed. Pay the balance below $25 before the close date shown on your statement and the next fee is $0.
2. "My statement balance and my payoff amount don't match."
They never will on a CC Connect loan, because interest accrues daily. Request a payoff quote in your account; it includes interest through a specific date. Pay that figure by that date.
3. "The loan is paid off but money is still coming out of my paycheck."
The payroll split is set up with your employer, and only your employer can remove it. Ask HR or your payroll provider to delete the Lendly direct deposit. Any amount that arrives after payoff is refunded to you; keep an eye on it and contact support if it doesn't show within a few business days.
4. "I changed jobs or lost my job."
Payroll deductions stop when the paycheck does, but the balance doesn't. Contact support before the next due date. You can usually be moved to bank-debit repayment and, in many cases, have the schedule adjusted. Waiting until a payment is missed makes every option worse.
5. "Can I borrow more?"
Not while a CC Connect loan is open; it's one loan at a time. After about 90 days of on-time payments you may see a refinance offer in your account. CC Flow customers are reviewed periodically for line increases, up to $5,000.
If a problem isn't getting fixed.
Ask for the issue to be escalated and for a written response. If you still can't resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov/complaint) or the Better Business Bureau; both are forwarded to the company and tracked. Keep your statements, payment confirmations and any messages, dated.
Questions people ask
What is the fastest way to reach Lendly customer service?
Log in to your Lendly account or use the contact details on lendly.com and in your loan agreement. Phone is fastest for anything time-sensitive; the online account handles balances, payoff quotes, extra payments and secure messages at any hour.
Can lendlyloanusa.com help with my Lendly account?
No. This site is a guide to Lendly's products; it isn't Lendly and can't access accounts. For anything about your loan, use the channels inside your Lendly account.
Why does Lendly say I still owe money after I paid my statement balance?
Interest on CC Connect accrues daily, so the statement balance is out of date the day after it's issued. Request a payoff quote and pay that exact amount by the quote date.
Who do I contact if I can't make a payment?
Contact Lendly support before the due date. Borrowers who lose payroll repayment can usually be moved to bank debit and may have their schedule adjusted; acting early keeps more options open.
